My name is Andri Fox. I am married to Erica and we have two daughters. I am the
fourth generation living on the De Poort Farm situated 3 miles from Alicedale, South
Africa.
I grew up playing and hunting on the farm, that is where I got my love and great
ability to hunt from. I shot my fisrt duiker when I was 7 years old. Thereafter
I was doing most of the hunting for the house and the rest of the family.
I graduated from high school in 1990 and went to the police academy in 1991. I successfully
complete my training. I met my wife at the police academy and we married in 1992.
In March 1995 I succesfully completed my Professional Hunters course and quit the
SA Police service after 9 years in 2000. I became a full-time Professional Hunter.
I started my professional hunting career with one of the largest hunting outfitters
in South Africa. I have 14 years of experience as a professional hunter, and
28 years overall hunting experience. I have hunted with over 100
overseas clients, mainly form the USA. We have successfully hunted over 1
200 trophy animals. After much encouragement from previous clients,
I started my own hunting outfitters business - Andri Fox Safari's .
 I have access
to over a million acres of privately owned hunting land with the best quality animals
in the country. I will personally hunt the requested animals with you and will use
all the experience that I have gained over the years to make your hunting trip a
huge success, but also to make sure you have the best time in South Africa. If you
come as part of a group, I will hire only the best professional hunters to assist
you on the hunt. I will not let my company become a bulk hunting outfit, it will
stay small and personal, to guarantee you a live experience you will remember for
the rest of your life.
